Cancellation Policy

We don’t encourage our users to cancel any appointment. We provide all possible information before booking to make sure about decision but if still user wants to cancel an appointment in any conditions, he/she can cancel an appointment anytime but it depends on doctor shift timings.
•    Cancellation is not allowed on the date of appointment. User can cancel appointment before the date of appointment and Hospital has the right to charge the cancellation fees in case of cancellation of the appointment.

Refund Policy
•    All rights reserved with doctor for seeing a Patient and complete amount will be refunded in case if doctor denies to see the patient; through the same mode of payment.

•    Convenience charges are non refundable

Note : If a refund has been initiated, please allow us up to 10 business days for actually reflecting back to your account.
